Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry unless items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request details.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Oakland studio using a trackable shipping method: Daily Wear Shop Returns

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive the returned product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund
